this and that
It is about that time. Actually I am overdue for a blog. In fact I had to go back and read what I posted last time.
Well this is going to be more of an update than anything. I have a new job!!! I am the Executive Assistant to the Director of Public Affairs at Denver Water. Oooh la la. I am actually really happy and love it here. Good benefits and potential for growth.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I do have a lot to be grateful. I feel at times I am two people. I get so grateful what I have and then the other part of me looks at what I don’t have. So I don’t know if you would call me a pessimist or not. I just seem to be more down than not. I don’t know, it is funny yet sad. Ha ha
Well I am just glad to have a day off. It is funny…I think that when you are getting at one’s core issues it brings up stuff you really don’t want to deal with. I said to a friend yesterday. It is really sad, that I am 37 years old and just really realizing the things that have affected me and such. I have grown so much in the past 5-6 months. Good for me and at the same time I feel like there are too many emotions to deal with. Ha ha
I have decided I need to get back into church somewhere…Greeley as much as I LOVE St. Patrick is a bit far. So again the church search begins. I haven’t actually been since my birthday…which for me is sad.
One VERY cool thing was, thanks to my friend Maria, I was able to take Deborah to the Broncos Titans game this past Monday. The Titans lost, but it was still a lot of fun.
