I thought I would actually take a minute and do my blog. It has been a couple of weeks now. Quick note on somethings. Had a GREAT trip to Ireland. I will post some pictures for you to enjoy. (you can click on the link of photos on the right-hand side to see more-I still have more to post)

Started working out again last week. pushing myself a little more in the running department, which is a good thing. I am excited about that.

So…I had a epiphany this morning. A dear friend gave me these bible verse cards for Christmas. I might have mentioned them before.

Anywho, here was today’s verse, “Those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.” Romans 8:5 NIV. Which in and of itself is awesome, but as I was putting that on it’s little stand this was the verse behind it. “Psalm 20:4 May He give you the desire of you heart and make all your plans succeed.”

It struck me, if you are living your life in accordance with the Spirit, then the desires of your heart will be what God wants for you. How awesome is that??

My prayer for quite sometime has been, “Lord, let Your heart be my heart and Your will be my will.” I truly feel as if God has been directing and guiding me and I have truly been seeking His will.

How amazing it is to have a peace that you can’t explain! How you know that God is guiding your heart. How the Holy Spirit is your comfort.

There are somethings…well ok more than a few I would like to change. Ha ha AND I am not saying that I have it all together, NOT in the least. However…I feel, no I KNOW that God is guiding me and that I am following His will. What a joy!
